In addition to our mental health-focused consultations, Mr. Oster extends his services to corporate and business consultation. Our Chief Executive Officer, Kurt W. Oster, graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies in 2006 and his Non-Profit Leadership and Voluntary Action certification. As a consultant to non-profits and businesses, Mr. Oster has seen firsthand the difficulties accompanying disasters or incidents. Drawing from his background as a non-profit leader, social worker, educator, and life coach, he applies their knowledge to each project as consultants with their client’s needs always at the forefront.
