Mr. Oster started his career in public service after graduating with an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. For the past 15 years, he has lectured all over the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe on topics such as youth civic engagement, LGBTQ-inclusiveness and intersectionality of services, healthcare and mental health, neurodivergence, and disabilities, dyslexia and learning disabilities, disaster preparedness for businesses and communities as well as mental health professionals.
