At the heart of innovation comes our commitment to the needs of the community and clients. Therefore, as a mental health practice, our commitment is to keep our prices affordable. If your insurance does not cover mental health services or you do NOT have health insurance, please consider visiting the Open Path Collective as we are proud to be partnered with you and are pleased to honor their rates.

Keeping you, the client, in mind, our fee-for-service private payment rates are designed to work within your budget while allowing us to provide high-quality treatment. To discuss our mental health counseling rates, life coaching, or consulting, please schedule a time to speak with Mr. Oster. 

At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and CareCredit (Florida Only).

Payment is expected at the time of each visit. We will provide you with a Master bill invoice that you may submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement under an out-of-network provision. Payment is due in full at the time of the visit and may be made via credit card, check, or cash. We strongly encourage (and may require) electronic payment through our scheduling program.

We require that clients with balances pay their account balances to zero before receiving further services. Patients who have questions about their bills or would like to discuss a payment plan option don't hesitate to contact Mr. Oster, L.C.S.W. 

VonOstir Innovation Services, L.L.C., and P.L.L.C., as a mental healthcare company, take you (the client) and our staff's health seriously. At this time, we have begun to phase back into seeing clients face-to-face, but please note our company follows all cleaning recommendations, social distancing, and monitoring of COVID-19 as prescribed by the C.D.C.   

As a mental health counseling, life coaching, and consulting practice, we at VonOstir Innovation Services, L.L.C., and P.L.L.C., provide services in the office or telehealth. At this time, Mr. Oster, L.C.S.W., is the only team member to provide in-home and in-community-based services. All consulting services are conducted in-office or virtually. 

An effective company works to meet all clients’ needs; however, they may not always have certain staff members. At this time, VonOstir Innovation Services, L.L.C., and P.L.L.C. do NOT employ a Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist. However, as that changes in the future, we will update our website and social media outlets to reflect these additions to our team. 

VonOstir Innovation Services, L.L.C., and P.L.L.C. are open Mondays, Tuesdays- Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM, and we are closed Wednesdays and Sundays.  

Our hours may change based on the needs of the company. In addition, we offer extended hours to accommodate the needs of children, adolescents, and young adults during the academic school year. 

We are closed on all primary, state, and federal holidays. This includes Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after, July 4th, December 24th – 25th, & December 31st– January 1st.

With November 2022 around the corner, VonOstir Innovation Services, L.L.C., and P.L.L.C. will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 25th, 2022. 

Throughout the year, there may be times when our office closes as a member(s) of our team may provide disaster response and recovery to the whole community, thus requiring the office’s closure. If this occurs, we will post on our social media outlets, website and update our voicemail to reflect our closure.  

If you seek a Mental Health, Life Coaching, or Consulting Appointment, please call our office with inquiries and requests. If we cannot answer the phone due to being in session or away from our desk, please leave a message, and someone from our friendly and helpful team will be in touch within 24 hours. 

If you are new to the practice, we are excited to speak with you about our services. When you leave a message, please let us know what service(s) you are interested in to get the appropriate new client paperwork. All mental health and life coaching appointments are 45-to 60 minutes in length.

As a for-profit company, we are mental health, life coaching, and consulting company, and we are not, nor do we serve, or are organized as a faith-based organization. While we provide spiritual counseling and life coaching as a company, we do not profess any spiritual belief, faith, or religious practice. As such, we ask our staff to respect our client’s spiritual or faith identity as we ask the same of you as the client.
